What I’m Using Now…
Here’s what’s in my medicine cabinet right now:
Clinique Hair Maximizing Shampoo—With fine hair, I need all the help I can get. This shampoo helps you hold on to the hair you’ve got. It’s not drying, either, so you can skip a conditioner if you’re worried about your hair going flat. [Clinique.com Online Shop]
Bumble & bumble Tonic Styling Lotion – I have fine hair, so this serves as a light conditioner that won’t weigh my hair down. It also has a dose of tea tree oil, which feels great on your scalp. [Drugstore.com]
Redken Rough Paste — A matte-finish paste that is great for fine hair because it gives great texture to your style without givingtoo much separation (which makes you look bald). [Hair Care Choices]
Kiehl’s Pour Homme Body Wash—Okay, this just smells great and it’s not irritating. [Kiehl's Online Store]
Clinique Skin Supplies for Men Liquid Face Wash, Regular Strength—Not much to say about this one. It just does a great job with a good deep cleansing without drying. Helps lessen the oil on my face at mid-day. [Clinique.com Online Shop]
Clinique CX Soothing Moisturizer – helps reduce redness and calms sensitive skin. Yes I have sensitive skin, I’ll admit it. I’m no less of a man because my skin is sensitive, so back off. [Clinique.com Online Shop]
SkinCeuticals Eye Cream — Some say eye creams are worthless. Use one if you want. Hydrating the eye area can’t hurt (unless you get it in your eye). While the jury is still out on whether or not these still work, I’m a believer in them. This one is antioxidant rich so it helps slow aging—but don’t expect any miracles.[SkinCareLab]
Lacoste Essential – a great light and clean spring scent! [Sephora.com]
Once I figure the rest of this blogging thing out, I’ll help you find these products online so you can try them, too!
